W-2 employee careers
Commission Stylist
For professionals with a valid cosmetology license and extension certification, as required in the Applicant Packet. Strong consultations, technical skill, guest retention, home-care recommendations, marketing participation, and coachability support growth. Compensation follows the written employee plan.
Mentee
A distinct path for appropriately licensed professionals preparing for the Stylist role. Structured training supports appropriate personal clients around 30 days when competency allows, with a target of graduating within 12 months. Readiness determines progression.
Shampoo Support / Assistant
A meaningful support career for dependable, proactive people who elevate hospitality, salon readiness, and service flow. Responsibility can grow within the assistant track.
Front Desk
For organized, warm communicators who enjoy appointment support, guest care, and the details that make each visit feel effortless. Growth can include coordination and operations responsibilities.
Education & Mentorship
For skilled professionals with the communication, reliability, and desire to develop others. Educator and mentor assignments are earned opportunities with defined additional compensation.
Management & Coordination
Operations, marketing, and training pathways offer room to develop business skills and take on defined responsibility as capability and business need align.
Leadership pathways
Our long-term structure includes COO / Operations, CMO / Marketing, CFO / Finance, and CTO / Training & Education. These describe departmental responsibilities and future development; they are not advertisements for vacant executive roles.
Independent professional opportunities
Booth Rental Stylist
For established, self-directed beauty professionals ready to operate their own business. Set your prices, services, and schedule under your agreement while building your clientele in a professional salon environment.
Suite / Specialty Provider
For independent specialty professionals whose services fit the salon and spa environment. Suite suitability, availability, amenities, and rental terms are confirmed individually under the applicable agreement.

Growth can also mean education, mentorship, marketing, or operations responsibilities. Not every talented stylist needs to become a manager to make a greater impact.
Assistant is a separate support career. Moving into the Mentee track is a deliberate transition based on qualifications and readiness. Advancement depends on capability, performance, professionalism, culture contribution, and business need.

Stylist compensation follows the approved employee compensation plan, which may include hourly/base compensation and commission. Support roles use hourly compensation. Added responsibilities and advancement are defined by the role and written plan.

Rental professionals operate their own businesses. Service revenue, business expenses, taxes, pricing, and lease payments are distinct from employee wages and benefits.

Being prepared, dependable, and thoughtful with time protects the experience for guests and everyone around you.
W-2 employee schedules
W-2 schedules support salon hours and guest demand. Operations and guest support include Saturdays and peak-period flexibility; talent roles require consistent availability including Saturdays, clientele development, and marketing participation. Mentees follow a structured development calendar; Assistants follow a support-focused training path. Leadership schedules reflect department responsibilities. Exact availability belongs in each approved opening.
Independent professional schedules
Independent providers manage their own schedules under their applicable agreements. Communicate professionally, honor guest appointments, and follow the agreement's access and shared-space provisions.

Structured onboarding
Clear role expectations and an intentional introduction to salon systems, hospitality, and professional standards.
Development & support
Coaching and professional growth connected to your role. Stylist and mentee technical development is distinct from the assistant support track.

The Applicant Packet includes a W-2 PTO program, education support, employee product savings, and growth pathways. Eligibility and tenure benefits follow current written policies.
Independence within a professional community.
Operate your independent business in a professional salon environment. The Applicant Packet describes shared amenities and education resources; specific inclusions, shared-use options, and storage are reviewed during your lease conversation.
After completing and renewing a full 12-month lease term, eligible booth renters receive one rent-free vacation week. Rental benefits are separate from employee benefits.

The Applicant Packet describes in-house training, guest educators, product and color education, extension education, mentorship, leadership development, and role-specific training. Education, feedback, and curiosity are part of how we grow.
Our growth plan also makes room for educators, mentors, and future training leadership. Outside education and salon-paid opportunities depend on approval and the applicable role or agreement.
