Terms of Service

Welcome to The Purple Chair Salon & Spa. By booking an appointment, visiting our salon, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure a respectful, professional, and exceptional experience for all.
1. Booking & Appointments
Appointments must be made through our online booking system, by calling the salon or directly with your selected provider.
A valid card is required to reserve your appointment.
New clients may be asked to complete a consultation form prior to service.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% service charge and No-shows are subject to a 100% service charge at the discretion of your provider.
Repeated no-shows may result in denial of future bookings.
3. Late Arrivals
We allow a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals beyond this may require adjustments to your service or rescheduling, and fees may still apply.
Please communicate delays as soon as possible so we can accommodate accordingly.
4. Payments & Refunds
Each service provider at The Purple Chair is an independent business owner and sets their own pricing and payment policies.
Payments are due at the time of service. Accepted methods may include cash, credit/debit cards, or digital payments (e.g., Zelle, Venmo).
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for services rendered. If you are unsatisfied, please contact your provider directly to discuss solutions.
5. Health & Safety
Please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service if health or safety is a concern.
For the comfort of all guests, disruptive behavior or harassment will not be tolerated.
6. Children & Guests
Due to safety and space limitations, only guests receiving services may be in the treatment or salon areas.
Children are welcome only when they are receiving a scheduled service.
7. Service Providers
All providers at The Purple Chair Salon & Spa are independent contractors responsible for their own schedules, pricing, and services.
The salon provides a shared space for licensed professionals and is not liable for individual service outcomes.
8. Privacy & Data
By using our site or booking system, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We do not share your personal information without your consent.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
